One of the critics that were made to the current generation of the Escalade was the CUE system. The touch controls weren’t accurate, the system was clunky, it would easily distract the driver, the layout was complicated, and the menus were complex, just to mention a few complaints. So, GM has already taken care of this problem and the new 2018 Cadillac Escalade should now include a reworked and refined version of the CUE system. They actually made it so great that is seems that you’re using your smartphone.
