The automaker also promised to add two another engine options – a 3.0-liter diesel engine and a hybrid-electric engine. However, there are no numbers and no official date for their launch.
In terms of the transmission, the new 2018 Jeep Wrangler comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a six-speed manual gearbox. They have both been improved.
